Message for Phlogiston

Phlogiston responded to my message a couple of days ago and I would have sent him an email, but no address. The lowboy I inquired about is not a 154, but a real cub lowboy. The mower is trash, but the tractor is reasonably decent. The mower does not run smoothly like I think it should. I have a couple of Woods mowers and they run without vibration like I would expect the IH to do also. Tractor has a few minor dings on the tin and the throttle is not very responsive. Takes awhile for it to idle down and maybe runs too fast on full throttle. That bothered me. Asking price is $2200 - I didn't buy it, but wanted it. Advice? Thanks.
