On that old of tractor if it is a H most likly some one as honed the bore to much to clean it and now the sleve is to loose. The D282 came out with a loose dry sleve and they would brake and pull out the bottom aome times. I would use aluminum paint on the sleve to make it fit tight I would try that on your tractor.
