OK, I'll bite. The Deere GP featured in the opener for the show was not the same tractor that was referred to as a Hoyt-Clagwell during the episode. It was a Fordson that had the unique ability to lose a wheel at the turn of a crank or bolt or whatever - amid various sound effects. As an impressionable kid in the late 60's, that tractor made a deeper dent in my memory than anything I heard in school. To go one more...Pixley, where these (mis)adventures take place is, in fact, a real town located about 40 miles north of Bakersfield, CA on Hwy. 99. All that said, what in the world is this post doing on the Farmall board, hmmm?
