IH Cub Lo-Boy

I would like to know the value of a 1960 cub lo-boy with a loader, a mower but needs pto shaft and a drag, a extra transmition, two extra tires and good tires on her? She runs fine and is only used 2 or 3 times a year to clean the paddock. She also is stored inside and is in the state of Wisconsin. Any info would be great.
