Seat question for 04

The seat on my 04 is ok except for the fabric.

The seat is held on to the trip mechanism with 8 rivets. If I buy a new seat, how can I install it onto the trip mechanism. Is it possible to have new fabric put on the old seat?

Any one know what color the fabric should be?
