Yes, I did have the wrong gap, but every manual, book, etc. that I had access to gave .013 as the correct gap, apparently most of these publishers don't realize that most of these old tractors that originally had mags. have been converted to distributors long ago, you would think that the aftermarket manuals would include specs. for both types.
Incidentally, the M is equipped with a delco dist. and the points were set at .013 when I opened it up.
