Hi Matt. Just a little A story for you. When I bought our A we completely overhauled it including new 3-1/8" sleeves and pistons. (Pictures posted last winter in Parts & Pieces) For most things the A worked great until we used it on the disk in new plowing. It got so hot that it wouldn't hardly run. Always having to add antifreeze was another problem. Finley I got a water pump from a Super C and put it on the A and what a DEFFERENCE that made. Now it never gets hot no matter how hard we work it and don't have to add antifreeze any more. Because the M&W hand clutch went out on my MD we baled with the A last Friday with a wagon behind and over 100 bales on the wagon. Going up a hill in our field we had to steer with the brakes on the last round but that A just kept on baling and digging. Never heated! I have a lot of respect for that A now. I will post a picture in the tractor photos. ADD A WATEER PUMP if your going to use your A for heavy loads. It's worth every penny you pay for the pump and good luck with your A Matt.

I’d probably plowed about 3000 acres (in my head anyway) by the time they found me. This is where my love for tractors started and has only gotten worse in my tender 50 yrs on this “green planet”. I’m par
