Take them apart-It may look hard, but is self explanatory as you go along. Separate everything-Leave the other side alone for reference if you get in trouble remembering how things go. There are some big steel balls that offset out of their holes when you apply the brakes. Most of the time the balls have worn a "hole" into their recesses and don't workright when you apply the brakes. Use a die grinder and "reslope the slope" where they recess so that they don't have to climb straight up to apply the brakes. You will see what I'm talking about when you get into it. Finally, apply plenty of grease when reinstalling the balls. Take the glaze off the brake discs by rubbing them on concrete blocks. They should apply and release easily. Make sure while you have it apart that your brake pedal work easily. Good luck.
