M Farmall With Stuck Engine Fix or Sell??

Paid $350.00 for M today with a stuck engine. Tractor is all original with after market 3 point hitch with good metal but with surface rust. It will also need one front rim and tire. Question is? A local tractor salvage yard says a M in that condition should bring between $700 to $800 for salvage. Should I take the cash and run or FIX it. And if I do fix it what would it be worth then?
