I just restored a #16 plow last year. After speaking with some fellows who had worked at Plow Works where these plows were built, I learned that they THINK the only decal is a small International decal on the side of the top beam. I did see a plow at Penfield in 2002 that had an I.H. decal on the cylinder bracket as well as the International decal on the side of the top beam. The Plow Works fellows were not sure about the I.H. decal. Hope this is of help to you.
