Unless Mike's reply wasn't direct enough it is very important to install the overriding clutch. Tractor supply sells them. Make sure you get the right size if you order by mail or online. I did not use one on my H and while it did not do serious damage (pto seal damage) it can and it is very unsafe. In the meantime if you do use your mower keep ready to take the tractor out of gear.
