I'm 52 and have been in the machine tool maintenance end of the Boeing Company for 27 yrs.
I live near Eatonville, WA.
Super C, used mostly for raking
504 gas, run the disc mower and the square baler
WD9, pull the Heston 5800 round baler & move bales
H, just in case something else breaks when haying
JD 1070, tedding, raking, brushhog, 3 point work
9n backhoe
JD 350 track loader with 4 way bucket.
JD 450 dozer with 6 way blade.
We used to run about 100 head of cows (beef) but got out of it in 94. Now I put up the hay from our pastures and sell it. I also do some custom baling. This summer we put up about 350 ton, half in 1000 lb. bales, the rest in 60 lb. squares. It pays better than the cows did.
