Looks like it has an F-4 mag which may have replaced the E4A or the Dixie if it had that type.Also Regulars have (I think 2) holes in top of the hood for the spark and throttle levers to go through, the spark and throttle levers mounted on the steering wheel post. They might just have the spark lever hole though. A parts book can be of great help identifing years.. just start looking up numbers and check the one that are serial number specific. Check a bunch of them and it will give you a good idea what was replaced and what is original.
