IH 82 combine

I bought a IH model 82 combine to do small grain with. I was told that it worked good last year from the widow I bought it from. I talked to another man who knows some about this combine and he said he thought the man who used it had trouble with it because it was setup to combine navy beans. I pulled the cover up to look at the cylinder and all I found was a bunch of tines instead of a cylinder and more tines instead of the concaves. What do I do now? What do I have here?
