Mr.& Mrs Schell: With much patience. The pulley is pressed on. You need a puller with a disc or wheel that clamps on hub behind pulley and you pull on that. The pulley itself will not stand the presure required. A bit of heat will help if you don't have a lot of oil to contend with. When you go to reinstall good to have pulley warm but be careful not to get enough heat to damage new seal.
