Red: No in all my years I have never done that. I will say this however, as a percentage of their own weight they will give all tractors a run for the money. My Super A has pulled a flat bottom stone boat weighing 3 times it's own weight. You try that with other tractors, very few will do it. My thoughts are, based on that, they must be quite well balanced. I have seen a couple guys at pulls with left wheel set wide and right wheel set narrow, looked like an attempt to balance tractor, they didn't pull worth a damn. 50 years ago we had tractor pulls based on that criteria in my hometown. SA SH and Cockshutt 30 were the tractors to beat. You try that with a M, Oliver 88 or Cockshutt 40.
