The weights are about 145 lbs each so if you put two on each side that is a lot of weight. They are 3/4" x 3 3/4" square head bolts. Square heads keep them from turning in the square bolt holes. You can use hex heads and jam a pry bar in there to keep them from turning. The first set gets bolted onto the rim with the nuts on the inside of the rim. If you align the inside weight correctly so that the oblong center hole aligns so that you can access the axle hub bolts then you are able to use the outer ring of bolt holes to put on the second weight. Or you can just use some long redi-rods and bolt them on together. The parts manual shows the same bolts for both the first and second weight. Two bolts per weight is sufficient to hold them on. I like the looks of them with all four bolts. Just personal preference. An H will handle a baler. You don't have live PTO so it makes it a little tricker keeping the baler running along with forward movement. Used an H on a baler as a kid. Most of the time we used a Case 300 with live PTO and a hand clutch. Much better setup. Don't recommend using the H in really hilly ground with the baler unless you have a lot of experience on tractors. The H will handle a sickle mower, rake, baler, or the flat rack to haul them on. As I said earlier the lack of live PTO makes mowing and baling a little more challenging.
