I will do as best I can with this . a BRILLIANT tractor guy just told me about this with M's H's maybe others?
Where the driveshaft goes into the front of the rear assembly there are 2 main bearings that about 4-5 inches apart when one starts to wear it does not sit well in the second one therfore you get the "howl" when moving. You will need to pull the top plate off to service these.
