Start with a full tank of fuel, it definetly helps. Disconnect the line from the fuel filter to the pump, turn on the fuel tank shut-off valve until you get a good stream of fuel. Hook the line back up, crack all four injector lines loose from the injectors, crank until you get fuel through all four lines. You might need to do it in steps, just don't crank for more than about 30 seconds at a time without letting the starter cool for a couple minutes.
