Forgot to add my recreational property is 11 acres, only half usable the other half steep mountian, use my tractor for plowing my 3 acre field and for landscaping my property. Want to hobby farm it when I retire with a couple of cattle , a coupe of pigs and a few chickens.
Just enough to cut the cost of living and enjoy the farming life. Stan
