That is interesting and of at least some comfort to myself. I have encountered the same problem so at any rate you are not alone. I have pretty much traced it to be some sort of electrical problem but I have not dialed it in farther than that. I just got back my magneto from being rebuilt yesterday but have not had the time to try and mount and restart my F-12. I was told the coil was totally shot and the magnet was quite week. For what it's worth I will also throw out the fact that I've been told by a couple of people who have quite a bit of expertise in the area of electrical problems that a starting problem like that will tend to foul the plugs and once fouled they are greatly reduced in their effectiveness even if cleaned. I can't speak from tested experience on that but I strongly suspect that such is the case. I am eager to try and get mine started but I don't think that will be until next week.
