Of note that I can think of from my '41 A... Check for welds around the front-end to engine bolster. Mine has a weld there. Check the front axle carefully. The spindles on mine have be welded and reinforced. Check the seal on the tranny tower. Water can leak in there. Check the tranny oil if you can.
