In 25 years, I can only remeber seeing or hearing about 1 560 cracking a head and I have owned and been around a number of them. The old wives tale about them being hard starting depends solely on the overall condition of the engine and the willingness of the operator to use the glowplugs. While a 560D is one of my favorite tractors, it is only fair to admit that if being used in a situation where a person wants to start and stop the engine often, they really arent the handiest thing in the world. I find myself eother letting it run or not holding the glowplugs as long as I should.
