IH Mounted Planter for an H

I bought an IH #H-110 mounted planter with a Super H acouple of years ago. I recently decided to put it on an H, but I'm not sure if I have everything to do it. I need to know how the lift mechanism fits on the H? If anyone has a picture of the lift that they could post, I'd appreciate it.
