Dirt bikes and ATV's are good for nothing except raising H unless on a sanctioned track. I would like to see the things banned. I live in a rural housing development, and had problems with next door neighbor's kid. We just kept calling the sheriff until they finally got the message. Had another neighbor about 1/3 of a mile away, same thing. Apparently the neighbors next door to them got it stopped, but it went on for more than a year. I wouldn't worry about ratting on your neighbor, as neighbors like that are stupid anyway. I don't know of a more polite way to put it. The kids are young and uninformed, the parents are dumb.
