What is excellent condition to you, what is excellent comdition to the seller I've found out is completly different. Excellent condition of the engine is the most important, then the hyd, then the sheet metal. I once looked a tractor that was in excellent condition so the seller said over the phone. When I got there I saw his excellent condition, the tires held air and they were lucky to do that. There was oil leaking from any part and all parrts of the tractor it could leak from and some that had to be inventive to get too. Sure the sheet metall was nice and straight and it had a fresh paint job on the fenders, hood & gas tank, only looked like it was bushed on about two years ago. i gues the point here is think about it before you buy, never offer the asking price unless it looks as if it just pulled off the factory line and the hour meter states 2 hours and you know this for a fact. Otherwise look it over very good, make darn sure it runs, has oil pressure and you can get it on your trailer, unless you know what you have and don't care if it runs. One thing I do when looking at a tractor is after looking I take a ride around the block, think about the price and then act, doing this sometimes even gets you out cheaper if you go back and make an offer. :-)
