I brought home an IHC power unit today and it is a model U4, I was under the assumption that it is the same engine used on an IHC tractor, the fellow I got it from told me that he thought it was the same as his model A Farmall but afetr looking in my IHC book by Wendal he said that the U4 was rated at 31 hp and that seems a lot for a Farmall A. Is anyone out there familiar with the U4? and where to perhaps get a manual or parts for it? This is the first red in the barn of green for me. The serial number starts with UPH and I am leaning toward maybe a Farmall H engine. Thanks in advance for any help Denny foster@ellijay.com
