Red: While I agree whole heartedly with what you have to say, most townships have been so wishywashy on this it is pitiful. They are the prime reason why there are disputes. They have been very quick to pass laws banning the use of engine brakes on trucks. Yet if you consult a lawyer on this one. He will tell you if involved in a accident with your truck every braking option on that truck better have been activated, and yes computer system on truck will convey exactly when systems were in use. So just maybe it should be manditory for all ATV's, motor cycles, rap musicians, etc. to be equiped with computers. Probably wouldn't be so many around. But when it comes right down to the nuts and bolts of this, it takes two to disagree. most people almost never disagree with themselves.
