Did early Farmall A have red or silver rims??

Hi Guys,

I've noticed that all the early (1939) literature I've seen on the Farmall A show it having red rims front and back. I know most people think they should be silver. Does anyone know for sure if the early A's had silver or red rims?? If some were red does anyone know when it switched to silver? Thanks.
