They quit building the letter series tractors in 1954, so your's is not a A, B, or C if it truely is a 1974 model. Can you describe it a little better? Is the engine and transmission offset to the left side? Does it have a wide front end? How many speeds does the transimission have? Can you find "C-113" or "C-123" cast into the right side of the engine block? On the left side of your computer screen under "Galleries" click "Tractor Photos" and search for pictures of the Farmall A, B, Super A, 100, 130, and 140. Just remember that there were about four different sheetmetal styles used on the 140 over the years, so the pictures might not look exactly like what you have. The only two offset Farmalls being built in 1974 were the Cub and the 140.
