Bob: I knew it !!! I just knew I was forgetting something and allowed myself to get talked into another commitment, for the weekend. You mentioned this earlier back in the spring. That wouldn't have been that long of a journey from here. Would have been just a great way to have cellebrated my 61st. Where is the summer going, I offered some pickling cucumbers to one of my neighbors the other day. She asked if there would still be some Sept. 1st. I responded thinking that was weeks away, by telling her they probably would be history. Heck thats only 10 days. I grow enough garden to keep a neighborhood going. Asked my wife the other day when our daughter was comming for vegetables. She said,"Labour Day weekend." I didn't think I was busy, but I must be to have summer slipped away like this on me. I've only been to one show yet. I'll have to plan better for my 62nd.
