Use it full strength, 2 gallons will be enough, put the cap on, put a pipe plug in the bottom hole, and slosh around a bit. Be extremely carefull that it doesn't splash out. You might want to devise a way to support the tank in variuos positions and let it sit for a few minutes, then turn the tank another way and let it sit that way for a while. Works very well. One other precaution, have a garden hose with water turned on within easy reach, just in case.
