Your brakes are out. I know it still has brakes. The problem is all the lining wears off the disk plate and then the it is metal to metal. The new pistion is made so the oring will blow when the brake disk is worn. You will need to remove the fuel tank and fender assy, drain all the oil and remove the axles and you will find the brake disk, plate and pistions. When you go back together there are two oring on the pistion and one behind the carrier I would replace them all. Also before you install the pump back on the MCV you need to remove the regulating valve and flow divider valve and clean.. Watch the springs.. New oil, New brakes and changed filter after you run it about a hour. Hope this helps.
