I just recently purchased two of my dads farmalls from the man he sold them to in 1989. If you have no interest in farming you should still consider keeping the tractor as it is a direct link to your past generations. I learned how to drive on one of those old tractors and every time I look at one sitting in the field I can see my dad sitting on it with his straw hat on. I am better suited to a more modern tractor for work around the farm, however those two old 300's will still be on my place until I am no more.
