The only other item that is usually mounted in the switch box besides the light switch is the amp gauge. If you have the box and light switch that only leaves the gauge. It is your switch that needs rebuilding? If so, best to replace it with a working one from a salvage yard nearby. They are sometimes offered in the classifieds on this and other sites.//FB
