IH made about 6400 I4's compared to around 24000 W4's. I don't believe dual wheels were an option, if not they won't add anything to the value if you are looking at orginality. The most I would pay for it would be around $1800, providing you really need the loader, considering it needs $6-$700 worth of tires if you convert it back to two rears, probably still too high. If you feel you have to replace all 4, I would forget it. I would have to really think the tractor was special, otherwise do as Dave says and keep looking.
