hey eddie ur right except for one thing, tht 06 series were a hard shifting SOB, I put 56 series shifters on many of those old binders. TO talk about something on the down side, the 06 were behind there times. after deere made the powershift 4020 nobody could technologically catch up to them to this day, plus everbody copied them on some level, heres a good question for ya if an 06 is so great whats there resale value now a days compared to a 4020???? or an 66 series compared to a 4020, The last good tractor made before a 460/560 was a 450 then they never made a really great tractor till a MAGNUM but it took another company to do that, a 66 is a lot better than an 86 to work on and to drive DEERE IS STILL THERE OWN COMPANY FOR A REASON
