value of F-12

I am considering purchasing a 1934 Farmall F-12 that my neighbor is selling. It was painted about 15 years ago and still looks pretty good. it is dark grey with red wheels. has the decals on it, belt pulley, and steel wheels all the way around. The steel wheels are in great shape, very sharp points..almost new. front wheels are a pair. tractor runs well. Does not have the original magneto. No cultivators or accessories are included. Can I please get some opinions as to how much this tractor is worth? I am in Indiana. Thanks, Kent
