Need help picking loader for M 1951

If anyone can help I would appreciate it. I have a 1951 Farmall M and am interested in buying a front loader. The hydros are good. There are 2 auctions coming up in my area but I have no idea what to look for. I am told...it should run $500 to $700. I need guidance from someone with some experience. I just want to be able to move some snow and putter around the property.
