The hitch will bolt right up if from a 300, 350, 340 and 460. All but the 300 hitch will require a different control valve on tractor, to make draft control work properly. So if the hitch comes from a 350, 340 or 460 make sure you get a controll valve that matches the hitch.

Personally I would go with the after market 3 point and maintain some type of standard drawbar as well. Fast hitches were a curse for being loose as a drawbar in pulling items like trailers, wagons, trailing pto equipment, etc. I cut two of those fast hitches up for scrap 30 years ago. Pulling a trailing implement was about same as using 2 feet of chain. I rebuilt the pin holes several times but they wouldn't last.
