I've got to put in another good word for the tiny cut-off wheels that you can attach to your Dremel tool. They cut like a knife. You should be able to make three cuts on the race (120 degrees apart from one another) and it will fall right out.

The thin wheels on the cut-off tools mow right through those bearings -- in less than 1/2 an hour, the job should be done, and the cut off wheels cost about $0.15 each. You can get the whole kit at WalMart for $16.00 with the arbor and 14 years worth of cut-off wheels.
