Doubt if the problem is in the cylinder. Start by cleaning the mesh filter that comes out of the right side of the reservoir, and put in fresh Hytran. If that doesn't fix it, you need to disassemble the reservoir and put a kit in it. Not hard, but will take some time. The hyd should have enough down pressure to lift one side of the rear of the tractor off the ground. FIRST, you might check the archives, as the "fast up, slow down" thing has been discussed before, you may get a different opinion.
