thank you travis and aaces for your help i took the linkage off and backed off the controll valve and the pin was not broken so i started the tractor and held a wrench under the threded cap and pulled on the top of the controll valve and the pto worked what a good feeling i adjusted the linkage and every thing works fine thank you.
