How much is a FH 400 or a FH '44 M worth?

Both tractors are in good shape with an above average to excellent restoration. Saw a guy who was asking $3200 each for them. The M is probably the best as it has a factory wide front end whereas the 400 has what he thinks is a nonfactory wide front end (they both look the same to me). Also the torque converter for the low end is not working in the 400. What do you think these should be worth? Is $3200 too much?
