measure your pto speed, multiply by 2.7, and that is your engine rpm. If you wanted pto speed from your engine speed, divide it by 2.7. My bigger concern is did IHC balance these engines well enough to go much over that, and are the valve springs strong enough to keep the valves from floating? Thats territory i'd rather not explore with my own machine, let alone my own pocketbook.
