As far as overdrive, I have seen a total of one, and that was on an M we traded for a 460D when I was ten. It had been purchased new in 1951. I have never seen them advertised w/od on sale bills. I would call them rare. I did not know they were aftermarket items, as a more knowledgeable poster said.
