Something else to think about, some people seem to think that because they have seen a few tractors advertised for a certain price, then that must be what the tractor is worth. Economics lesson #one, the asking price very seldom will reflect the actual value of any given item. The actual value cannot be determined until after the tractor has actually been sold.
