Something on the left side, inside the rear end is broken. You proved this by making it go by applying the left brake. The left side axel or gear system is spinning freely and not transmitting the power to the left wheel. The brake is ahead of that stuff, so by stopping it, you stop the spinning parts and transfer power to the right side. This is exactly how the M&W hand clutch worked that we had on the H when I was a kid. I never saw one for a super C, but have to ask, do you have an accessory hand clutch on the left side of this tractor?
