Anti-freeze question

I just pulled the head off of my Farmall 140. Some antifreeze got loose, and down into the area where the pushrods ride on the lifters. Will this do some damage..? Is there any way to drain it..? or do I just pull the oil drain and it goes away.?
Please let me know if it is something to worry about..
