If it is a used head that has not been rebuilt its worth about $200 - $250. Before you sell it you might want to have it magfluxed to make sure it doesn't have any cracks. The machine shop I go to only charges about $15 and the head is nice and clean when done. Even though it was fine for you a buyer would be pretty ticked off to find it had cracks.
